Dr. Kevin Nguyen is very kind, thorough, patient, and (as someone who is kind of a baby about pain) very gentle and thoughtful about limiting pain or discomfort. All of the assistants and hygienists I've worked with are also super sweet. I had a looooong stretch where I didn't go to the dentist for a variety of reasons, and when I first came in, Dr. Gretchen Harris never made me feel bad or ashamed about it, and was understanding, sympathetic, and clinically honest about options. Jay at the front desk is always really thorough about explaining the insurance options to me and figuring out the best deals to work with my finances. This is the first dentists office that I've gone to multiple times over 4 years and I plan to continue here because of the excellent service and care. 6/5 stars!
